Our Latest Local Delivery Report- This Time Without Editorializing

Thought we'd keep quiet and just let the facts speak for themselves.
Just took delivery of a truckload of supplies from our Canadian stained glass supplier.
Out of 131 unique items, we received 99 or about 3/4 of what we ordered.
Value of goods not received- over $2700.00.
Notable out-of-stocks- 3mm window glass, GNA0189 (two items needed for kitchen cabinet manufacturers), half a dozen Spectrum fusibles, 1/2" zinc H-came, oleic acid flux...

Too bad you decided to just let the facts speak. I would have ripped them a new one. I frankly am getting tired of empty promises- they said even though now a monopoly- get better prices, less out-of-stocks, wider selection- all not true. Every month I'm told how great it is to sell clear textures to the cabinet guys, and then I have to explain to them how I can't provide them the inventory. It's embarassing.
